This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.11.2017 and investigate the same according to law.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue relates to payment of capitation fee in S.R.M. University. In connection with the same a Court Commissioner has already been appointed and the adjudication processes is going on.
3.Hence, the respondents are directed to receive the complaint of the petitioner and conduct preliminary enquiry and subsequently, take appropriate action to enable the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to participate in the adjudication processes before the Court Commissioner.
4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
