[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner from the Central Prison, Coimbatore, to the Circle Jail, Odisha, within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court an order dated 30.11.2021 passed by the Director General of Police/Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services, Chennai, for transferring the Life Convict No.20028 Karan Bhaina @ Bikkiseth @ Vikki, S/o.Manbul Seth, from the Central Prison, Coimbatore, to the Sambalpur Circle Jail, Odisha State. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
