ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN, J) The petitioner is the mother of the minor detenue Abinaya, aged about 17 years [DOB 13.10.2001] and alleging her daughter's illegal custody and detention at the hands of the 2nd respondent, she came forward to file the present petition. Today, the detenue Abinaya is secured and produced before this Court by the 1st respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue Abinaya would state that her Date of Birth is 13.10.2001 and on her own accord, she went along with her friend, viz., Karthikeyan, the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein and stayed at Tiruppur for one month and thereafter, she was kept in a Home at Perambalur from 19.05.2019 onwards and she is being produced today before this Court from the said Home. She has also expressed her willingness to go along with her mother, the petitioner herein.

Recording the said statement of the detenue Abinaya, this petition is closed.
