ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta to her based on her representation dated 2.6.2017, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given hER representation dated 02.06.2017 for demarcation and for issuance of patta, however, the same has not yet been considered by the 2nd respondent.

3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents, submitted that on payment of necessary charges, the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for demarcating and for issuance of patta, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the petitioner to pay necessary charges and on payment of necessary charges, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017 for demarcating and for issuance of patta and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
