This petition has been filed to amend the claim of compensation amount from Rs.10,00,000/- to Rs.12,00,000/- wherever it is found in the above CMA.Sr against order dated 08.02.2021 in MCOP.No.239 of 2018.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in CMA.Sr. and list the same for admission on 21.09.2021.
