Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Hon`ble Judicial Magistrate,NO.2 , Hosur at 10.30 a.m., daily until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5859 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 8554 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5859 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8554 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 at Hosur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all further hearing dates.
