COMMON ORDER The petitioners are challenging the summons dated 30.03.2026 4\6

issued in connection with C. No. 127/DC-CCB TCP/COP(PG)2026 dated 30.03.2026 calling upon the petitioners to appear on 02.04.2026 for the purpose of enquiry.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and that they are not involved in any of the offences alleged and only for harassing them, the said summons have been issued. Moreover, the Police have been calling the petitioners over phone and persuading them to settle the dispute with the complainant by paying the amount.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the second summons have been issued on 13.04.2026 calling upon the petitioners to appear on 16.04.2026. However, they have not responded to the summons, instead, chose to file these quash petitions. 4.

Since a complaint has been lodged as against the petitioners, for the purpose of enquiry,, they have been called. Hence, the petitioners are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent Police, give their explanation along with supporting documents, if any. Instead of doing so, 5\6
