S.No.90/2, bearing Old Door No.86C/A and New Door No.4, Sankari Road (Theppakulam Street), Tiruchengode, Namakkal District in the process of widening the road without resorting to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act and the Land Acquisition Act.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ petition. He has made an endorsement in the case bundle in this regard as follows:- "Since the respondents already laid the Road without demolishing the petitioner's house, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ petition".
