O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Cr.M.P.No.12277 of 2015, dated 04.08.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, granted bail to the petitioner on 04.08.2015 for the alleged offence under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 307, 336, 427 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1058 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police. While granting bail, the said Court imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for one week. The petitioner was also granted bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram Sessions Division, Villupuram on 04.08.2015 for the alleged offence under section 302 of IPC in Crime No.62 of 2014 on the file of the Pagandai X Road Police Sation. While granting bail, the said Court imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Ariyalur and appear before Ariyalur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for modification of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the condition passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week as per the order of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12277 of 2015, dated 04.08.2015 and thereafter stay at Ariyalur and appear before the Ariyalur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders as per the order of the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.4785 of 2015, dated 04.08.2015.
