O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.457 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Panruti within a prescribed time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff, who filed a suit in O.S.No.457 of 2020 for the reliefs of declaration and permanent injunction.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants are the adjacent land owners and causing trouble to the Page No.2/4

plaintiff every day and this petition is filed to direct the learned trial judge to dispose the suit early.

5. On perusal of the e-Court adjudication, it is seen that the learned trial Judge has given only short adjournments for filing written statement and the matter has now reached the stage of trial. Since the matter is of the year 2020, no direction can be issued. However, taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, if it is appreciable, the learned trial Judge would dispose of the suit at the earliest.

6. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.457 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. 27.06.2022 Index:Yes No Speaking Order:Yes/No ms Page No.3/4
