This petition has been filed to modify the condition in the return of property order made in Crl.M.P.No.1374 of 2015 by the Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 104.
2. A petition was filed by the petitioner for return of property namely, White colour Honda Activa two wheeler, bearing Registration No.TN- -06-A-6786, before the Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai. While imposing condition, the learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each of a likesum to the satisfaction of the said court. condition stating that the condition imposed on the petitioner by the said Court, is onerous.
3. The learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, has directed the petitioner only to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Court.
