O R D E R

Though the petitioner challenged the order of transfer dated 12.01.2015 on multiple grounds, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation for the purpose of recalling the order of transfer and posting him at nearby place.

2. The petitioner is directed to join in the transferred place as expeditiously as possible. It is open to him to submit a representation thereafter to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and as per law.
