(Made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.) The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of his daughter S.Ambiga, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to hand over her custody to him.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate concerned and the custody of the detenue has also been handed over to her parents.

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
