Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

2.Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, dated 04.09.2017, made in W.P.No.11400 of 2016, by passing an order dated 12.01.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition may be closed. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed.
