ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2024 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to include the petitioner's name in Natham Patta No.466 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner only seeks for limited prayer and hence, a direction may be issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 22.04.2024.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the 3rd respondent has fixed an enquiry on 22.05.2024 and he would further submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

22.04.2024 would be disposed of in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from 22.05.2024.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
