O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct first respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list in H.S.No.11 of 2017 maintaining by the 2nd respondent in the 2nd respondents police station by taking note of the Hon'ble Court order passed in W.P.No.5206 of 2020, dated 02.03.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation, the respondents will consider the same on merits.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5206 of 2020, dated 02.03.2020.
