2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the second respondent had not passed any order on the same. However, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the first and second respondents stated that the application itself does not bear with any date either at the header column or even after the signature at the last page .
3. At any rate, the respondents are requested to examine the application made and pass appropriate orders. If necessary they may call for a fresh application also. During the course of examining the application, if it is deemed necessary, they may also afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise must be completed on or before 31.07.2019.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
