2. Heard Mrs.Thenmozhi Shivaperumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the compliant from the counter party, the counter party was issued C.S.R.No.102 of 2019 and the 1st respondent police has conducted detailed enquiry and the complaint was closed on 25.09.2019 itself.
