The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.8770 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022 and modify the condition which was imposed by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.13197 of 2022 dated 30.05.2022
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.8770 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022 is set aside and the the condition imposed by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.13197 of 2022 vide order dated
30.05.2022 in para (2) alone is modified as follows and the other conditions remains unaltered.
"the petitioner shall report before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."
