ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 18.04.2022 issued by the first respondent against the petitioner.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if he is allowed to give a fresh representation to the respondents, seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 18.04.2022 and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is given by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first and fourth respondent, requesting them to revoke the impugned suspension order dated 18.04.2022, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the first and fourth respondents shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 02.11.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes / No ab 3/5
