ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) By this Writ Petition, challenge is made to the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the second respondent, whereby the resignation tendered by the petitioner, was accepted. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed to seek cancellation of the impugned order dated 05.03.2021 only on the ground that the resignation was wrongly tendered at the time when the petitioner was suffering from certain ailments. Now, the petitioner wants to serve, as she is in good health.

3.We have considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.When once the resignation was tendered by the petitioner, knowing fully well the consequences thereupon, and the same also having been accepted by the second respondent, it cannot be quashed on the aforesaid ground raised by the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
