When the matter came for hearing on 04.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for filing translation of the relevant documents, which are in Tamil language, hence, the matter was adjourned to 18.06.2026. However, on 18.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner failed to file the same and therefore, the matter was adjourned today and posted under the caption "for dismissal". Today also the learned counsel for the petitioner failed to file the translated version of the relevant documents which are in Tamil language.
