Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the 1st respondent in reference No.MSPR TPJC 2018 and to quash the same, consequently direct the 1st respondent to credit a sum of Rs.1,72,000/- into the petitioner's savings bank account No.1367101014031 maintained with the 1st respondent bank with the prevailing rate of interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for the loss caused to the petitioner due to the said illegal act forthwith.
