ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent / the Inspector of Police, T3, Korattur Police Station to register a case, on the basis of the complaint dated 08.07.2021, given by the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint was received by the respondent herein and the Current Paper No. 64 of 2021, dated 09.07.2021 was filed. Thereafter, on persual of the current paper, it is seen that the seen of occurrence and the cause of action had taken place in Mylapore jurisdiction. Hence, steps have been taken to forward the current paper and the complaint, to the Mylapore, E-4, Police Station, after getting appropriate orders from the authorities.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to get the copy of the complaint from the Koratur, T-3, Police Station and the same would submit to the Mylapore, E-4, Police Station.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to lodge the copy of complaint dated 08.07.2021 to the Inspector of Police, Mylapore, E-4 Police Station, Chennai. On receipt of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, the jurisdictional police is directed to deal with the case, in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
