O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the FIR as per the complaint in CSR No.268 of 2015, dated 03.04.2015 on the file of the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint on 03.04.2015, as against one Rajesh, Mari, Sumathi and Sundaram on the allegation of land grabbing. Since no action has been taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner CSR.No.268 of 2015 was assigned and the matter is pending enquiry.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
