(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.S.Sundar) This miscellaneous petition has been filed by individuals to implead themselves as parties in the writ petition.

2. Even according to the writ petitioner, she has challenged the impugned order passed by the respondents directing demolition of the unauthorized construction put up by her. The impleading petitioners also claim ownership of the lands as well as aggrieved by the offending construction put up by the writ petitioner.

In such circumstances, they are also entitled to be impleaded as parties in the writ petition.

3. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents in the writ petition. Registry is directed to carry-out necessary amendment in the cause title.

Post the main writ petition on 21.02.2024.
