ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The petitioners in this petition seek a direction to the first respondent to remove their names from the Specific Approval List (SAL).

2.Mr.N.Swaminathan, learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent-Bank, submits that on account of settlement of dues, the Bank is ready to issue No Due Certificate within a period of two weeks, in favour of the petitioners in respect of the three companies, for which a representation was made to the first respondent for deletion of their names from the SAL. 3.On perusal of the communication dated 16.7.2014, of the first respondent to the petitioners, it appears that the request of the petitioners is pending consideration before the first respondent. The only requirement is the submission of No Due Certificate from the second respondent-Bank.

4.In view of the foregoing, we are not inclined to decide the issue at this stage. Recording the undertaking given by the second respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar To:
