3. Considering the limited prayer, we direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal dated 21.03.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The status-quo shall be maintained till the disposal of the appeal.

4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
