2. The impugned order challenged in this Civil Revision Petition reads as under:- " 28.04.2023 For payment of Arrear Petitioner present Respondent absent arrears not paid. Issue NBW against the respondent. Batta in 3 days.

3. When the matter was listed on 08.07.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the civil revision petition for non-prosecution.
