The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2015 dated 02.11.2023 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Thiruvallur.

2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
