(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner failed to clear the physical endurance tests, as he was unsuccessful in the rope climbing event. The petitioner seeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to make out a case that there was some prior injury in his hand. If that be so, it can only be said that unfortunately the petitioner was not in a fully fit physical condition at that stage to take the tests. This cannot call for a review of the decision taken to disqualify the petitioner on account of admitted failure to clear the tests.
