The petitioner is a College established in the year 2005. On a complaint given by the students belonging to the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes that they have not given the stipend from the Government, the order impugned has been passed directing the petitioner to furnish the particulars of 18 students and take appropriate action.
2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that appropriate intimation has been given, the same is disputed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court is not willing to go into the same. Suffice it is to direct the petitioner to do the needful, as required by the third respondent in the communication dated 26.06.2015 including the furnishing of the particulars of the 18 students belonging to the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to disburse the amount to the needy students within a period of six weeks thereafter. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not cooperate with the third respondent, then it is open to the said respondent to take appropriate action in the manner known to law and the impugned order would stand revive automatically.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently the connected MP is closed.
