ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Sathyalakshmi, aged 23 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 for production of her daughter.

2. The detenue is present. On enquiry, she has told us that she is 23 years old and she is working as a Teacher. She has further informed that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody.
3.In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
