ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 17.09.2012 made in W.P.No.28770 of 2011, directed the petitioner herein to send a proposal for approval of the appointment of one Rev.Sr.R.Nirmala as Junior Assistant to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ herein within one week from the date of receipt of a copy

of that order and on doing so, the respondent was directed to approve the appointment of the said person as Junior Assistant within four weeks thereafter. Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondent herein within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by approving the appointment of Rev.Sr.R.Nirmala as Junior Assistant in the petitioner school. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Cuddalore in Na.Ka.No.8344/A3/2012 dated 07.04.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
