This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted under order dated 17.02.2020, where I had permitted the petitioner to remit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from 17.02.2020, upon remittance of which the attachment of the bank accounts of the petitioner were to stand lifted.

2. The petitioner has paid the amounts in two instalments on 20.11.2020 and 18.02.2021 and the challans have been enclosed in the typed set of papers dated 06.09.2021. Let the Assessing Authority verify the same and if found to be in order, let the attachment be lifted forthwith.
