PRAYER in CRP NPD No. 1673 of 2013: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, against the fair and final order dated 08.02.2013 passed in R.C.A No.1 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri against fair and final order dated 23.02.2006 passed in RCOP No. 2 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Judge Court, Krishnagiri. PRAYER IN S.A. No. 448 of 2010 : Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2008 passed in A.S. No.49/2006 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri confirming the judgment and decree dated 23.02.2006 passed in O.S. No. 376 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri.

O R D E R
The petitioner along with the respective counsel on record and the first respondent, husband of the second respondent, husband of the third respondent and the respondents 4 and 5, along with their counsel on record, are present. The affidavit sworn by respondents 2 and 3 regarding the circumstances under which they are unable to be present before this Court and are being represented by their respective husbands, are filed before this Court.
2. The dispute between the parties, by order dated 27.01.2015, was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Both the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, along with their respective counsels and settled the issues between them on their own and the terms of settlement is adduced in writing by way of Joint Compromise Memo signed by the petitioner and the respondents and the respective learned counsel on record. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.03.2015 along with the Mediation report is received by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents admit the factum of the compromise and the terms of compromise and the same is recorded by this Court.
3. The Civil Revision Petition and the Second Appeal are ordered in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.03.2015 shall form part of the records. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 26.03.2015 avr [Issue order copy on 30.03.2015]
