Hence, this Court proceeds to dispose this petition on merits.
2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 294 days in filing the present appeal.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition it is stated that the petitioner was unable to meet his counsel due to Covid-19 pandemic from march 2020 and that the delay in filing the present appeal had occurred. Since the reason stated by the petitioner is plausible, this Court is inclined to accept. Hence, this petition is ordered. 17.12.2021 Note to Office: Registry is directed to number the above appeals, if it is otherwise in order.
