O R D E R
This revision challenges the order of learned District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu, passed in O.S.No.310 of 2004 on 24.07.2004. 2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
3.It is the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the respondents had filed their written statement on 10.11.2004 and the petitioner is ready to proceed with the suit but the same has been sent for mediation at the instance of the plaintiff/first respondent. It is further submitted that the proof affidavit of the plaintiff / first respondent was filed on 20.01.2016 and the Advocate Commissioner has visited the suit property with the assistance of revenue officials and filed his report but no action has been taken to proceed with the trial.
4.Considering the long pending of the case, this Court would direct learned District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of O.S.No.310 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
5.The Civil Revision Petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. 06.06.2016 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes sri
