Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 02.01.2021 with in stipulated time passed on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent dated issued in O.Mu.K.10/1043/2021 dated 09.01.2021.

ORDER
Mr.G.Krishnaraja, learned Government Counsel takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent allotted plots under the Adi Dravidar Welfare Scheme to 130 Arundaiayars in S.Nos.42/1, 42/1,2, 41/2, 30/1, 30/1-2, 30/2. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was allotted a plot No.112 in S.No.42/2 in Kalleri, Pichanur Village, Gudiyatham Taluk,
Vellore District and he was granted patta bearing Document No.469/99 dated 07.02.2018. However, till date, no plot was measured and marked; no plot number was given; and no plot was changed to natham in the land revenue records and FMB maintained by the Village Administrative Officer. In view of the same, the petitioner is unable to apply for the Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme. Therefore, he made a representation dated 02.01.2021 to the second respondent, who by communication bearing No.O.Mu.K10/1043/2021 dated 09.01.2021 forwarded the same to the third respondent and directed him to make necessary changes in the land revenue records and measure and mark the plot. Even thereafter, no action was forthcoming so far, which compelled the petitioner to file this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.
3.Heard both sides and perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the recommendation of the second respondent dated 09.01.2021, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
