The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.36550 of 2016 on 19.07.2023 held that this Court is convinced that the first respondent / employee can be awarded a lumpsum compensation of Rs.2,50,000/- including gratuity amount and other benefits as full and final settlement instead of reinstatement, however, in the order dated 19.07.2023 made in W.P.No.36550 of 2016, inadvertently, the portion 'including gratuity amount and other benefits as full and final settlement' has been omitted. Accordingly, he prayed for appropriate orders.

pri the order dated 19.07.2023 made in W.P.No.36550 of 2016 is to be read as follows:

'7.............................................. Accordingly, this Court is convinced that the first respondent / employee can be awarded a lumpsum compensation of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) including gratuity amount and other benefits as full and final settlement instead of reinstatement which shall be paid by the petitioner / Management to the first respondent / employee .......................'

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue copy of the order to the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties.
