06.02.2025 taking into consideration the additional materials furnished by the petitioner before the jurisdictional magistrate within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

Though the petitioner has requested for direction to the respondent to file final report, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to complete the investigation in the aforesaid case within a time frame as the said case has been registered only recently. 3.
