Mr. S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submits that one Citty Babu has filed a complaint before the second respondent police. The petitioner appeared before the second respondent police and attended the enquiry.

2. Considering the nature of the dispute, the police directed the petitioner and the defacto complainant to work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that no need to pass any order in this Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
