O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
