ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Mrs.Mahalakshmi @ Maina, aged 40 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of the detenue.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 06.08.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on behalf for the petitioner. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Thus, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
