This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to give a police protection to demolition of the existing superstructure as per the approved license granted by the 1 st respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already demolished the existing superstructure.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, Page Nos.3/5

this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
