ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation relating to the case registered in Crime No. 3/VAC/VPM/14 of 2014.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given the complaint in question and the same has been registered in Crime No. 3/VAC/VPM/14 of 2014. Further, it is averred in the petition that the respondent has not finished investigation. Under such circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought in the present petition, the following direction can be issued against the respondent:

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to finish investigation in the case registered in Crime No. 3/VAC/VPM/14 of 2014 and file final report before the concerned court before the end of April 2016.
