CRIME NO. 25 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in the Petition for Anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.1674 of 2022 in Crime number.25 of 2021 by this Hon`ble Court vide its order dated 02.02.2022 that the Petitioner shall report before the Thirukkannapuram Police station on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1674 of 2022 on 02.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
