This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to regsiter an FIR based on the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, in Crl.M.P.No.6368 of 2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the complaint of the petitioner was registered on 28.05.2024 in Crime No.6 of 2024.

3. In view of the said positive action by the respondent police, nothing survives in this petition.
