ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to insist upon building plan approval from the Director of Town and Country Planning in respect of the petitioner's institution "Jeevan Vidyalaya Nursery and Primary School at 22A/55/2, Periyakinaru Street, Ammapet, Salem" and process the application for recognition and upgradation based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

local body building plan approval, in view of the various orders passed by this Court.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the following decisions of this Court: (i) W.P.No.15334 of 2017, dated 04.07.2017;

(ii) W.P.Nos.682 and 683 of 2018, dated 19.01.2018; (iii) W.P.(MD).No.20329 of 2014, dated 06.04.2015 and (iv) W.P.No.2148 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018.

3. Taking note of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as mentioned in the above four Writ Petitions.
