Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fourth and Fifth Respondents herein to consider the proposal dated 06.12.2017 sent by Third Respondent regarding allotment of new PTPF number to the Petitioner instead of old GPF No. 234284 and as per letter of Third Respondent dated 08.02.2018 and also as per the Petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2019 by allotting new PTPF number to the Petitioner. Heard Mrs. C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents and Mrs.

T.S.Selvarani, Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.57 a.m.

The Writ Petition had been filed for directing the Fourth and Fifth Respondents to consider the proposal dated 06.12.2017 sent by the Third Respondent regarding allotment of new PTPF number to the Petitioner instead of old GPF No. 234284 and as per the letter dated 08.02.2018 of the Third Respondent and the representation dated 29.04.2019 made by the Petitioner by allotting new PTPF number to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents refers to the Counter-Affidavit filed on 13.04.2022 by the Fourth and Fifth Respondents in which it has been stated as follows:- "3. It is respectfully submitted that with all enclosures, the application has been received on 01.07.2019 and new PTPF account number 655268/PTPF has been allotted to her. And the allotment slip had been sent to the Drawing Officer (i.e.) Block Educational Officer-I, Gingee vide this office letter dated 19.07.2019. Hence, the grievance of the Petitioner has been settled."

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
